Major Mechanical Repair

Major mechanical repair on virtually any make of machine. We carry out transmission overhauls on tractors, telehandlers and Fastracs, engine overhauls, clutch replacement, torque converter replacement and hydraulic pump replacement. We can also overhaul axles, differentials and four wheel drive hubs on most vehicles.

Service and Maintenance

Service and maintenance on a variety of machines, from strimmers, mowers and chainsaws to tractors, forklifts and telehandlers. But we specialise in the servicing and repair of Claas combines and other Claas machinery. We carry out preseason checks and service and also attend call outs during harvest. Most parts, especially Claas, are stocked in our stores, which helps keep breakdown times to a minimum.

Electronic diagnostics and repairs

We have the technology; we can rebuild it. We service and repair a wide range of electronic equipment, including diet feeder weigh boxes, drill and sprayer control boxes, bird bangers, electric fencer units and battery chargers. We can also diagnose problems with most electronic equipment built into vehicles.

Electrical Servicing

We diagnose and repair a multitude of electrical problems on a wide range of vehicles and machinery: starting and charging faults, lights and indicator faults including trailers, solenoid faults, sensor faults and air-conditioning electrical faults. In fact virtually any fault you can shake a stick at (or your fist).

Hydraulic hose manufacture

We make hydraulic hoses to suit most applications with our selection of crimp on ends, from 1/4 to 1 inch hose with Metric, JIC, BSP or Flat face fittings. We also carry a large range of hydraulic fittings, adapters and couplings.

Air-Conditioning

We service and repair most types of vehicle air-conditioning, in the workshop or in the field depending on the severity of the problem, from minor services to major breakdowns. We can repair or manufacture new aircon pipes onsite and stock numerous parts, from thermostats and pressure switches to filter driers and expansion valves.

Fabrication and welding

We can fabricate almost anything to your instruction and requirement, from small one off brackets to pig trailers. We fabricate gates and pig pens, carry out modifications and repairs on loader buckets and attachments, and take on general welding jobs. We have a dedicated welding van equipped with a portable welding unit and cutting equipment for on site jobs.
